• Comment the claim word when your item is shown

• Message us with your email and phone number

If we don’t receive your contact info within 10 minutes, your claim will be canceled and you may be blocked from shopping.

📰 How It Works

• Dana goes live 6–7 nights per week

• Maddie & Aly go live 4–5 days per week

• Follow our Facebook Page and tap "Subscribe" so you never miss a live!

• Listen for the claim word during the live and type it in the comments to snag your item! (Example: Black Tote or Black Tote X2 if claiming multiple)

📣 Claiming & Invoicing

• Invoices are sent every morning and are due within 12 hours

• Unpaid invoices are canceled after 12 hours

• After 2 cancellations, you will no longer be allowed to shop

• Need help with an invoice? Do NOT pay it! Message us on Facebook first so we can fix it

• Shipping is $10

• Orders should ship out within the following 2–3 business days

• Shipping is $14

• Orders should ship out within the following 2–3 business days

Important Notes

• There will no longer be an option to keep your bag open.

• Customers outside of the United States will continue to pay shipping based on the weight of the package.

• If shipping exceeds $60–$80, we may ask you to contribute an additional $20, and we will cover the remaining cost.
